1 – In General
1.1 – We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions.
1.2 – Images are for illustration purposes only. Cannot be guaranteed to be 100% correct.
1.3 – Prices quoted are valid for online purchases only.
1.4 – All transactions will be processed in GBP and charges may be levied by your payment provider.  Please check with your bank if further clarification is required.
1.5 – We advise you to research all part numbers before ordering to ensure compatibility with your model.  Whilst we are happy to offer advice to the best of our knowledge, we cannot always confirm if certain parts may or may not be suitable for your exact requirements.

2 – Order process
2.1 – All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance.
2.2 – You will receive a processing email and upon receipt of your order.
2.3 – A product which is out of stock at the time we receive an order, will be held as a backorder.  Any backordered products will be shipped when they become available to us.  If a product is no longer available, that product will be cancelled and where required a refund will be issued.
2.4 – Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.5 – Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation email to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
2.6 – By submitting your order you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers).
2.7 – We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
2.8 – While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

2.9 – For items with a future release date, the price may be subject to change between the time of order and the date the item is dispatched. If we discover a rise in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling it.
2.10 – Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
2.11 – If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately.

3 – Delivery
3.1 – We aim to deliver the products to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time.  Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  We cannot be held responsible and shall bare no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.2 – All services used are via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24 (Please note these are not guaranteed services) except for purchasing large items which will then be via ParcelForce/UPS/Fedex.  Some items will be Collection only due to the nature of the product.

Royal Mail Services:

Tracked 48 – Aims to deliver within 48hrs of shipping, Insured upto £150. Tracked service.

Tracked 24 – Aims to deliver within 24hrs of shipping, Insured upto £150. Tracked service.

Tuesday to Thursday – Orders placed will be dispatched the following day.

Friday to Sunday – Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday.

Please Note: We do not offer a next day shipping service, we will always aim to ship orders as soon as we can.

3.3 – You should inspect the products when you receive them for defects or damage. Any items delivered by courier which appear to be damaged must be signed for as such or refused and returned to sender.
3.4 – If you find a defective or damaged product please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. All damages need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
3.5 – Any damaged in transit item must be returned to us if a replacement or a refund is to be issued.
3.6 – Non-delivery of an order, or parts missing from your order must be reported to us within 3 days of the date of dispatch. Dispatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of dispatch.
3.7 – If an item has not arrived because of the posting method picked at check out, cannot make us liable to replace that product.  Try to pick the safe posting method that has tracking and signature availability to save disappointments.
3.8 – We recommend all items with a signature in busy periods like festive holidays

3.9 – Please Note: for items posted using Royal Mail services, items are not considered lost till a minimum of 14 business days have elapsed.

4 – Cancellation of Order and Returns
4.1 – As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
4.2 – You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within 14 days starting on the day after the day the products are delivered to you. We recommend you do this with a covering letter included with your returned items.
4.3 – You must return the products to us at your own cost.  We advise you to ensure the products are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
4.4 – We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the products, for non faulty kits there will be a £15 re-stocking/inspection fee.
4.5 – Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the products, which should be in as new condition.
4.6 – Some items are exempt from our returns policy. This includes but is not limited to:

Software or Electronic parts which has been unsealed
Items which have been personalized or modified – for example, assembled or painted
Services – such as bodyshell trimming or painting, or assembly services
Sale/clearance items now discontinued or no longer available.

4.7 – Any items returned as faulty found with no fault will incur a £20 inspection fee.
